Local fresh fruit and vegetable stands will be coming soon in your neighborhood!  Pop up markets will be at the following dates and times:

September 28: Central School, 3:30-6:30 pm
September 30: TB Costain-Homedale, 9:30-11:30 am
October 2: Lorne Towers, 1:30-3:30 pm
October 7: Doug Snooks Eagle Place, 9:00 am to noon
October 15: Harmony Square, 9:00 am-3:30 pm
October 25: Doug Snooks Eagle Place, 5:30-7:30 pm

Fruits and vegetables will be sold at wholesale prices.

Little Chefs

Little Chefs is back by popular demand.  At each session you and your child will be able to make and taste two healthy, child-friendly recipes!  For ages 2.5 - 6 years old.

Cost: FREE

Fruits and vegetables are filled with nutrients, making them an essential part of any healthy diet.  Join Katie Haneke, Registered Dietitian with the Grand River Community Health Centre, for simple tips and delicious recipes to help you increase your fruit and vegetable intake.  Samples will be provided!
